ESTEEM is a youth charity based in Shoreham-by-Sea. They focus on the well-being of 14-26 year olds whilst offering them opportunities to build life skills and develop their confidence. ESTEEM is run with the young people that attend by offering them the chance to volunteer in certain areas such as Media and Event Preparation. Young people are encouraged to give feedback on how the charity is run. 1:1 support is also provided as well as mentoring and training in order to provide a smooth transition from education into the world of work.
